- 2 large eggs

- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- For the streusel topping:
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients alternately with milk, starting and ending with flour. Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch cake pan.
- Mix the streusel topping ingredients in a small bowl and sprinkle over the batter.
- Bake in the preheated air fryer for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
