  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 large egg yolks

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C). Grease four 6-ounce ramekins with butter and place them on a baking sheet.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chopped semi-sweet chocolate together in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and fully melted.
  • Stir in the peanut butter until well combined.
  • Add the powdered sugar to the chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
  • Whisk in the eggs and egg yolks, one at a time, until fully incorporated.
  • Add the vanilla extract, flour, and salt, and mix until just combined.
  • Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
  • Let the cakes cool in the ramekins for 1 minute, then carefully run a knife around the edges to loosen.
  • Invert each cake onto a plate and serve immediately, dusted with powdered sugar if desired.

Notes
