- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika (optional, for garnish)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Finely chop the stems and set them aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, green onions, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
- Add the chopped mushroom stems to the cream cheese mixture and stir until evenly incorporated.
- Using a small spoon, fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture, mounding it slightly.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
