Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pickle juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle seasoning (or to taste)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped pickles, red onion, cheddar cheese, and fresh dill.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the pickle juice, mayonnaise, sour cream, and dill pickle seasoning to create the dressing.
  • Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Refrigerate the salad for at least one hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
