  • 12 mini slider buns
  • 1/2 pound thinly sliced deli ham
  • 1/2 pound thinly sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
  • Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping the tops connected.
  • Spread mayonnaise on the bottom halves of the buns.
  • Layer the ham and Swiss cheese evenly over the mayonnaise.
  • Place the top halves of the buns over the ham and cheese layers.
  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, dried minced onion, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and garlic powder.
  • Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the buns.
  • Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sandwiches are heated through.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to allow the tops to brown slightly.
  • Let the sandwiches cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
