- 1 lb thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin)
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slider buns
- 12 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Prep the Ingredients: Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Thinly slice the beef, onion, and bell peppers.
- To sautรฉ the vegetables, use one tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat in a large pan. Add the bell peppers and onions and sautรฉ for 5 to 7 minutes, or until they are soft and beginning to caramelize. Take out and place aside from the skillet.
- Cook the Beef: In the same skillet, heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the thinly sliced beef, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
- Put the bottom half of the slider buns on a baking sheet to assemble them. Arrange the cooked meat, provolone cheese slice, and sautรฉed veggies in layers. Slide each slider with the top half of the buns on it.
- To bake the sliders, combine the melted butter, dried parsley, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Apply the butter mixture to the sliders’ tops. For ten minutes, bake the sliders in the preheated oven covered with aluminum foil. . Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
