Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Marinate the wings in a big basin using the white vinegar, apple cider vinegar, kosher salt, garlic powder, onion powder, smoky paprika, black pepper. Add the chicken wings; toss to coat. at best taste, cover and chill at minimum two hours or overnight.

Prepare the Wings for Baking: Remove the chicken wings from the marinade and pat them dry with paper towels.Arange the wings on the wire rack so that they are evenly spread out for cooking.
Bake the Wings: Brush the wings with olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
Remove the wings from the oven and let them cool somewhat. Before presenting, toss with chopped fresh parsley.
Notes
For an extra crispy texture, broil the wings for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
To suit your taste, change the vinegar and salt levels.
These wings are great served with a side of blue cheese or ranch dressing.
