Instructions
- Prepare the Cake:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- Mix the flour, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, baking powder, and salt in a medium-sized basin.
- Whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. well in a large bowl. Blend in the oil and vanilla essence until well combined.
- Mixing just until mixed, gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Add the grated zucchini and fold.
- Pour the batter into the pan, being sure to spread it evenly.
- When a toothpick put into the middle Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until clean. On a wire cooling rack, allow the cake to cool completely in the pan.
- Prepare the Frosting:
- Cream cheese and butter should be combined and beaten until smooth and creamy in a big basin.
- One cup of powdered sugar at a time, gradually add it while beating well after each addition.
- Add the vanilla essence and stir until well incorporated.
Assemble the Cake:
- After the cake has fully cooled, cover the top with a uniform covering of cream cheese icing.
